How can I add real time hours in Real Time Allocation, to a brand new activity for a project without planning, because i do not want the program to re-plan the planned activiities.
This is what has happened. We have a project and have planned activities around that project. Today we discovered aa new error and i had the devleopers create a new activity for this error. They did. The the assigned hours were set and they worked on it and then when they finished they went to Real Time Allocations to add the real hours to the activity, however this activity is not displayed in their Real Time Allocation window.
The only way i was able to do that, was to plan the activity. But when I did the planning feature, all the planned activities, that were previously planned, were changed because of this new activity and the extra hours that were worked.

Even if this bothers you, it is reallity : extra unexpected work moves all existing tasks !

If you don't want to mismatch with planning, use tickets to manage errors. It is the way it is designed for.

No, you don't have to replan to have resources enter real work.
All what is needed is that that are "assigned" to the activity : then they can enter work, even if assigned work is zerio (to minimize impact on planning)
