Mails events : mail not sent for a team note was created by alay
Hi,

I created an event: to send an email to the manager when a note has been added or modified.

When the note is added or changed with team visibility, the manager, who belongs to the team, does not receive the email

Why ? There is a configuration to activate? I have not found anything

Sending to Manager will send to the manager of the project, not to the manager of the team (there is no link between current item and team)

I'm sorry, I was wrong. I wanted to talk about the responsible.

If the responsible belongs to the team of the person who created the note, why he does not receive the mail? It's the same as for the manager?

The choice was done to send emails only for public notes.
