Hi

PQ version: 6.5.0

I have strange display of tickets fields on CLOSED-like status.

On status COMPLETED, CANCELLED and any others all is fine:


but on CLOSED status I have:


Can you please tell me why ?

Issue occurs when Customization sets "Work Element" as Locked.

Ha!

seems it is linked with visibility of buttons "dispatch work" and/or "start work":



When these buttons are visible on status CLOSED then I have this effect.
If I make these buttons NOT visible I do not have this effect.
