In fact, I would like to attach a project all mail exchanged about it.
And then attach it manually to the task, activity, ticket, ...

You cannot in an automatic way.
ProjeQtOR is not connected to you mailing client.

What you can do is, one by one :
- export email, then attahc to project (drag and drop to attachment area)
- copy emails as notes
