Hi,

I am trying to configure the mailing.

Precisely, i would like for when you reply to a message received from projeqtor, for the message will be added as a note in the project automatically.

I have CRON started.

IMAP host to check email input: {imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl}Support

IMAP User to check email input : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

IMAP Password: mypassword

However it is not working. Only e-mails sent are attached as notes.

Also, is it possible for an external customer to create a ticket (without having a login)

Check for errors in log file.
Also check that when your reply to email, original mail is preserved.
