Minor Bug,

At installation,
  1. the activate the notification system is set to No
  2. the "Nofification definition" icon is not displayed in the tree menu (left)
  3. the "Nofification definition" is displayed in rubbon bar

May be, the point 3 is a bug.

Yes, as a new feature, that may look similar to alerts on indicators, and with a technical approach, it is desactivated by default

2. the "Nofification definition" icon is not displayed in the tree menu (left)

This icon is not displayed when notification system is desactivated

3. the "Nofification definition" is displayed in rubbon bar
May be, the point 3 is a bug.
